Hi. I’m Rob and I started this site to be a resource and share what I learned in my years of collecting anime figures. I will mostly be covering the figures that I am interested in and that would be bishoujo figures (and maybe some nendoroids). I won’t be covering any male figures as I have no interest in them. I also won’t be covering prize figures as I like to focus on the higher quality scale figures.
I bought my first figure back in June 2015. I now own about 200 bishoujo figures. It’s a mix of scale figures, nendoroids and a few prize figures. As with most other figure collectors, I also started with a humble prize figure. My first figure was a Saber Lily. I still have her to this day. Was tempted to sell her off a few times but your first figure is always going to be special.
A few more prize figures later, I bit the bullet and pre-ordered the first Utaha Kasumigaoka scale figure by Good Smile Company. And the rest is history.
This blog/website is not a full-time job. I work in ecommerce. And when I’m not working, you can find me playing video games.
I am a closet otaku and a family guy. My taste in anime range from seinen and comedy, to slice of life. I can appreciate a good harem, ecchi and isekai anime but can’t tolerate idol shows. No offense to idol lovers. It’s just not my cup of tea.
